Our bluefish is wild-caught by local fisherman in the cold Atlantic waters from Long Island to the Carolinas. Its rich color matches its rich flavor. Brushed with olive oil, grilled on an open flame, a little salt. The soft, blue-hued meat quickly transforms into a silvery white. Bluefish fillets are for the purists. We at Citarella salute you.
