For those who say, “presentation is everything,” these wild live lobsters are superior in size—ranging from 2 to 2.5 pounds—and are harvested in Nova Scotia, where the frigid Canadian waters of the Atlantic Ocean create a lobster without comparison. Available from our pristine tanks, our live lobsters are known for their rich, sweet white meat. Broil, steam, or add to an extravagant spaghetti (and use the shells to infuse the sauce with a subtle ocean flavor). Let us know if you would like lobsters over 2.5 pounds; we will get them fresh off the boat for you!
Steamed lobster is a classic for a reason—and simple to do. All you need is an inch of water and a wok-style pan. Simmer the water over high heat. Then, cover and steam the lobster for 12 minutes.

Our Wild Large Live Lobsters are approximately 2.5 pounds each, which serves approximately 1-2 people.

To us, the best lobsters are under three pounds. Their flesh fills the shell (without any air gaps), resulting in more even cooking.
These lobsters are delivered live and fresh. As you get ready to cook, you’ll notice a green paste, which is called tomalley (AKA, the lobster’s liver and pancreas). You can discard it, but we love it for its rich, creamy consistency and intense flavor.
