Mango
Jalapeno Salsa

The deep sweetness of mangos pairs beautifully with tart lime, herbaceous cilantro and spicy jalapeno in this perfectly balanced, all around perfect salsa.
Ingredients
2 ripe mangos
½ red onion
1 jalapeno
¼ cup fresh cilantro
1 lime
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Dice mango, red onion, and jalapeno into small pieces.
Mix in a bowl with fresh cilantro, juice and zest of lime, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
Check seasoning and adjust as necessary.
Serve alongside your favorite grilled fish, with tacos, or enjoy simply with chips!
