This appetizer is all about pristine seafood—our chef-prepared Lobster Salad, sweet jumbo lump crabmeat, and cocktail shrimp, all mingling in perfect harmony. Everything is already cooked, so all that’s left to do is assemble (which only takes 10 minutes!). If you’d like, add lemon wedges for a little extra brightness.
Ingredients
- 1 pt. Citarella Lobster Salad
- 8 pieces Large Cooked & Cleaned Shrimp
- 8 oz. Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. cocktail sauce
- Optional: Lemon wedges, fresh herbs, or baby greens to garnish
Instructions
- Divide the lobster salad in the base of 4 dessert dishes or martini glasses. Place 2 shrimp in each dish and one quarter (2 oz.) of the jumbo lump crabmeat. Season lightly with sea salt and pepper.
- Place a teaspoon of cocktail sauce on the crab. If desired, garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
