Focaccia Parmesan Crisps

Bright and bold Citarella pesto. Nutty, savory Parmesan cheese. Our fresh focaccia baked until golden brown. These crisps are just as simple to put together as they are delicious — four ingredients, a few steps, and an irresistible final product. They’d make the perfect appetizer for your next event, or a tasty snack.
Ingredients
- 1 x package of Citarella focaccia sliced ¼-inch thick
- 4 T Citarella pesto
- 6 T extra virgin olive oil
- 4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325°F
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Spread sliced focaccia out on the lined sheet pans.
- Mix the pesto with the olive oil and brush the mix on top of the focaccia slices.
- Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
