Roasted Turkey or Turkey Breast

Remove from
refrigeration and bring to room
temperature approx. 1 to 2 hours.

Bring
Citarella Turkey Gravy to boil.
-
Pour hot
gravy over carved turkey to warm.

If you
choose to reheat- please be careful not to
overcook ~turkey is very lean.
Cooked
Stuffing

Can be
heated on stove top or oven at 375*.

Remove from
plastic container.

Mix equal
parts water & Citarella Chicken Stock ,
drizzle lightly over stuffing before heating (no more
than a few tablespoons) stir & heat.

Cook
covered for approx. 20 to 30 minutes
(depending on quantity) or until hot.

Stir
occasionally.

Uncover for
a few minutes- for a light crunchy texture-
before removing from heat.
