DRIVER - MWF (Hunts Point,
BX)
Meat Without Feet (MWF)
Drivers work on the floor of
the New Fulton Fish Market
at the Hunts Point Market.
They are responsible for
loading, transporting, and
delivering fresh seafood to
various clients utilizing
company vans. MWF Drivers
also maintains a truck log
according to federal and
state regulations. At the
fish market MWF Drivers will
load boxes which contain
fresh seafood/fish from the
freezer onto pallets. Once
the boxes have been tallied
the MWF Driver loads them
into the company van. Once
the van is loaded MWF
Drivers have 20-25 stops
throughout the city; these
deliveries are time
sensitive; once a week the
MWF Driver is responsible
for picking-up late/missed
deliveries.
Requirements:
This is a full-time position
located in the South Bronx
at the New Fulton Fish
Market, Monday through
Saturday with a start time
of 4am. Drivers must be
able to lift 50-75 lbs,
clean driving record a must.
