CUSTOMER SERVICE
REPRESENTATIVE
(Store Location in NYC)
This position is part of a
high volume customer service
department. Our ideal
candidate will have strong
computer skills. Customer
Service Representatives must
be able to handle busy
phones, data entry, faxes,
amongst other duties.

Candidates must be able
to deal with a high
volume of phone calls on
a daily basis (order
taking, handling
customer complaints,
etc)

Candidates must have
excellent communication
skills; both verbal and
written

Must be able to
effectively convey and
translate into writing
customer phone orders
and inquiries
-
Must be computer savvy;
must be comfortable
quickly navigating
between computer
applications i.e.
Microsoft Office,
MAS500, and various
other programs
-
Must interact with
various internal
departments to
facilitate customer
requests
-
Must provide a superior
level of customer
service over the
telephone and in writing
-
Must be able to
multi-task in a high
pressure environment
-
Responsible for data
entry of customer
inquiries via phones and
faxes
-
Must follow-up with
customers on open issues
-
Must be detailed
oriented, organized,
strong interpersonal and
time management skills

Must be able to work
within a team and
individually
-
Must have a strong work
ethic, be articulate,
and have a positive and
upbeat attitude
-
Previous grocery
experience preferred
Candidates must be able to
read, write, and speak
English with proficiency. We
are seeking candidates with
exceptional customer skills.
Weekends and holidays are
required. The customer
service department is open
7:30am-8pm Monday – Saturday
and 9am-6pm on Sundays.
Full-time associates must
be available to work any and
all shifts in-between those
hours
