Rockefeller Center will soon see a Citarella. The 150-seat restaurant and adjacent retail store are to be located in the historic Hurley’s space, a four-story townhouse named for the feisty Irish saloonkeeper. Prominent architect David Rockwell, who recently directed the makeover of Radio City Music Hall will be the designer in charge.
