Antibiotic free, our fresh Citarella Free Range Turkeys are exceptionally juicy and flavorful. For serving suggestions, we recommend 1 and ½ pounds (uncooked Turkey) per person. Cooking time is 13 minutes per pound for an unstuffed turkey.
